Near and dear to my heart, The Children's Heart Foundation has pioneered funding for Congenital Heart Defects in children. Why is this so near and dear to me? My son, Liam, was born with a CHD and was diagnosed shortly after birth. The CHD community is close to my heart and I want to help support them.
